What time do you take your medicine?

I know we're all different but I'm trying to figure out when to take my 10mg lexapro (generic). Currently I'm taking it around 11am but find I'm tired hours later. I'm thinking of taking it around 4:30 pm as that's when I'm home from work.

Any thoughts??

Hi Becki, I am currently on mirtazipine 15mg, i take mine at night around 30 mins before i go to bed, because it makes me very tired, if it makes you tired after taking it you would do better taking it before you go to bed :) hope this helps x

Yep, take it at night if it makes you sleepy. Otherwise take it in the AM or any time as long as it at the same time every day. This goes for AD's. Alankay
