Yes same with me ! These anxious thoughts run around my head my left side hurts, arm and sometimes leg ! It's horrible

I have had my all clear 24 hour EGC and still scared of dying from heart attack or thinking my heart is randomly going to stop beating !! I hate anxiety :( I am 15 years old this is awful !

I know how you feel hun. I am 19 and the amount of ECG's I have had and they always tell me my heart is fine, but you STILL worry that it could be your heart, even though you know deep down that it is just anxiety. I get the pains in my arm and chest and sometimes in my leg too x

Yes that's exactly how it is !!! I'm so sick of it with me being so young it's very scary for me :(

It's scary no matter how old you are hun. I was still the same when I was your age and even suffered younger than that. It's an awful thing to suffer with whatever age you are x

It's funny how our minds can create physical symptoms of stroke and heart attack. Did I say funny....I meant f-ing redamndiculous! What is funny, is about a year ago I thought I was having a stroke and my mo-inlaw told me quote, "we'll go into the bathroom and have your stroke, and when it's done come out and eat some dinner!" Lol I love panic attacks!.....
