I have recently just had my all clear 24 hour EGC results back! Everything was okay, which is a really big relief for me because I thought they where going to find something!! Even though my results are okay, I'm still getting left arm pains chest pains etc.... Is this just definitely anxiety then?

Yes. If you're EKG was normal then your heart is fine and its just anxiety.

Indeed it is just anxiety then I think.
I get pains here and there when anxiety is high. Most people experience them too. If the EKG was normal then like graves said, there is nothing to worry about :]
