Hiya, I'm new to this forum, wondering if anyone can relate. I am do down most of the time that I will do anything just to b able to sleep. Taking copious amounts of codeine and anything else I can get my hands on, OxyContin or Valium. I just don't want to be awake :(

I sort of feel like I'm in limbo and that everything around me isn't reality. The only time I'm happy is when I'm asleep, there I don't have to BE anything

Best not to go too long on that type of use. Over time your brain will down regulate GABA uptake and you'll be worse off. Please let a doc run you meds IMHO. Alankay
