Tension headaches

I have had a unusual headache for about 3 weeks now so I decided to go to the doctors today about it! I would describe the headache as a pressure on your head, that makes you feel very dizzy, it goes into your temple and then it goes into your cheek bones and then it goes into jaw !!! The doctor said this is nothing but tension from my anxiety?!?!!? Really does anyone else get these ?!

Me too !! Or I thought it had some kind of sinus infection it's weird the pain!! Does not feel like anxiety at all !!

I get them all the time. Feels like a tight rubber band around your head.
