Can anyone tell me about Niacinamide tablets which can be bought over the counter as im hearing good things about these and they are meant to be a natural version of the famous benzo im currentley not taking any medication for my social anxiety but im just worried incase it gets out of hand and cant be controlled thank you for your help

That won't cross the blood/brain barrier so usually won't help but it won't hurt to try that. Didn't help me. Alankay
