back again !

Yesterday I had a good day. No headaches no anxiety because I stayed in control. Now I'm back to thinking I have a brain tumor or something. ! Life sucks

I feel ya! I was doing good for a week and I'm back to my psycho thoughts too! I'm nervous to be alone with my two year old :( but life doesn't suck, life is good! There is always something to be happy about :) hope u feel better.

It makes no sense lol I can't be good one day and tell myself I'm not going to have headaches then bam the next day I'm not in control anymore lol

I know! I do the same. One day I'm like yea I got this, it's just anxiety! Then the next I'm freaking out and thoughts are in control and I can't feel calm.
