Work. Another stressed out day. Was getting panicky so i took a walk,deep breaths and glass of water. Then i cried. Then i felt better. Panick attack averted : )

Speaking of which, Oily fish (such as Mackerel or Salmon) is very good for you.
The government suggest two oily-fish meals per week to help maintain a healthy heart and brain.

Good food for the anxious...

Yup that's right dazza. Salmon is my favorite, I try to eat it at least once a week.

I love Salmon too....if it wasn't so darn cold, (we are supposed to be getting a winter storm today) I would go out and get some. Perhaps tomorrow!!!

Now I'm craving some baked salmon, asparagus, and garlic mashed potatoes.......
