How do I use the CBT worksheets on my own, like without the help of a therapist? How do I know which ones I need? And does anyone else have experience using them without formal counseling? Do they really work?

I have seen a therapist but I havnt for months and use the worksheets!! They are really about understanding your symptoms and putting them into perspective. Go to www.getselfhelp.co.uk there are loads on there! Yes anxiety it a disorder but we feed it! CBT will not cure you straight away, you have to work with it and believe in what it's telling you. It about understanding that your thoughts are controlling you, whenever you feel anxious ask yourself what your worrying about in that money. Is it fact or opinion! I hope you have the same help from them as I have x
