View Full Version : Feeling pannicky AGAiN :(

I've been feeling great the past few weeks and Sunday night, knowing the following week is full of exams I have been feel so anxious I can't relax my body feels all tense, it feels like I just need to sigh and drop my body and relax but I can't ! It feels so uptight ! I have had the skipped beats today and now I have a fast heart rate of about 100 does anyone know any tip that will bring my rate down or make me feel calm ? So scared that its something else even though I've had all the tests etc waiting on 24 hour EGC results.. Been waiting 2 weeks now so it looks all good up to know ???!?!?

Deep breathing is your best bet. Try some aroma therapy and calming music also.

Nahhhhh... try rubbing your face with sandpaper until its red raw... then apply salt & vinegar to it.
The pain will surely give you something tangible to focus on, lol.
