panic attack

Had a panic attack 1 hour ago,it lasted 25mins! Now i feel really shitty. Its been 2months since h had my lady one. I can't calm myself down either,so i was lucky i had my boss at work there to calm me down. God help me If i was on my own. I just New today was gonna be bad!
