Had a cry this morning. Feeling down and anxious. Is anyone in prozac? How long does it take to work?

Before resorting to drugging yourself up to the eyeballs... how about looking at what's actually wrong with you / your life and attempt to address it.

Also, there are plenty foods + supplements which provide the necessary B vitamins which can help lift your general mood.

Think its more than just a case of taking supplements. I have issues and inner demons that are making me this way!

Yes, I KNOW that... however, you could at least try to help rather than sit there quivvering & defeated.

Such supplements help raise your general mood, which in turn may help ease the affects of the "demons" you talk about.

We all have our "demons"... they're just THINGS we're not very good at handling and we need to learn how to handle them.

Seen a therapist? CBT is priceless in such circumstances.

I'm going to see a therapist in 3 weeks time.
