Hi do anyone else get like tension pain on left and right side of there head that makes them want to click there jaw??

All the bloody time I also get a tingling sensation!! It was causing terrible tension headaches!! And that's all it is tension don't allow yourself to believe different like me!! Try mediation this has really helped me. Now I accept the feelings when they come and within a few minutes there gone! I was due to go to the dentist today to have a dental guard made to wear at night but I've actually canceled because I've found just through meditation I can control the sensation! Do some research on meditation. Good luck x
