Hi everyone. I'm new to this site and newly diagnosed with depression and anxiety. Looking to talk to fellow sufferers.

Hi, I've been on this site for a few months now and has helped me when I've been at low points. I suffer with depression and anxiety too and recently started back on on meds but stopped them suddenly an now depression is creeping back in with a vengeance. If you need someone to talk to I'm here. Do you get much support?

I think this is definately helping,as there is No one else that i can talk to/who understands!

It feels Good knowing that i can be open and honest honest here and No one is going to judge me! God,this is starting to feel Good : )

I'm not an open book,i tend to keep to myself. This site,talking to all of you is,well i guess its opening my mind and helping me come to terms with my condition. I don't feel so alone : )

I'm exactly the same! I guess it's nice thinking that I can be totally myself and not have to pretend :)
