Woke up in a shit mood.
I just can't be bothered with anxiety anymore.
Got up went down, made my son and husband breakfast, got back in bed.
Fed up of being in constant struggle with myself.
I'm not real, blah, blah, blah. Sick of the crap that goes through my head constantly.
Was suposed to be taking my son to a playarea thing today, am I going? No. Do u know why? Because I'm too fucking scared to go out. Another thing to add to my list. - depersonalization, eating phbia and no a slight bit of agrophobia. Great.
Hmmm. Gunna lounge in bed then force myself to do something. If I can be bothered. Its just one of them days.
