Recently I've been dealing with my anxiety and getting on with it and I have not had one symptom what so ever in the past week or so I've been doing really well, but today I'm not feeling anxious about anything at all and my arm is aching, mainly my left one then it goes into my right but not as much... Why am I feeling this if I'm not anxious? Is this an anxiety symptom?! Damn I thought I was on the road to recovery I'm sick to death a
