Are you on meds that might be causing this dizzyness?

If so, I'd talk to your doctor about this, especially if the dizzyness doesn't get better.

I anemic as Well so that is probably what is causing it

I have been light headed since my anxiety started, dizziness just came a couple of weeks ago so I know how you feel :(

Dizziness and lightheadedness are the worst..for me at least. It freaks me out so bad even after 6 months dealing with it all day every day and nothing ever happening to me.
