I just started reading it and it looks promising. Has anyone else read it or had any success with it?

Yes I have it, found it very useful. I highlighted key sections and carried it with me. Still use the thoughts sheets, over all excellent book:)

It sounds like this book is helpful for many people with anxieties and phobias.

However, I would not recommend self-help books as a replacement for psychotherapy. Instead, self-help books such as this one should be used along with therapy.
