yup. neck pain is common with tension headaches

I get them everyday day makes me feel like im swaying aswel x

I get them from the front of my head all the way down to my shoulder blades. Chiropractors did not help

Tension headaches are common with stress / anxiety... and indeed most folk in general (1 in 3 I believe)

It usually starts in the neck and radiates pain up into your head.
The tight band you feel is typical.

Of course, the best prevention / cure is to try and avoid the stressy situations which cause it.
There are painkillers and muscle relaxant drugs which may help (e.g. Fioricet and Vicodin) for the more difficult times.

I had horrible tension headaches for a long time! Before I knew what they were I was afraid I had some kind of brain tumor because I had these headaches daily. Magnesium is a great remedy.
