Does anyone ever confuse their anxiety with tiredness?

Today I am unsure as to whether I have anxiety or if I am tired after a day of kitesurfing yesterday... Is it normal to feel like you have anxiety when you are just tired?

For me, anxiety + symptoms thereof nearly always occur when I'm tired.

Tiredness brings about a certain shitty feeling. I feel groggy / snappy / a little down and generally poop when tired - and this seems to provoke negative thoughts, which in turn starts off the anxiety.

Having health anxiety and a seemingly automatic association of anything shitty within my body with a major health problem - I (or at least my anxiety) sees tiredness as perhaps a possible heart issue.

On the face of it: Stupid, I know... but this is how health anxiety ends up. All automatic negative associations.

If I don't get enough sleep, I definitely see an increase in my anxiety.

If you are like me, any tiredness led to worry if it linked to any kind of illness , then worry thoughts then more tired, so I tried to break the cycle.
Some times in my very worse days I can't let go of the fear coz sometimes I feel my fear is protecting me ! Weird I know and so scary.
