Dizziness

Though I have not been clinically diagnosed I feel as though my symptoms are anxiety. However, the onset isn't usually triggered by anything specific. I am a worrier and a pessimist. When an "attack" occurrs I experience the following:
Dizziness, shortness if breath, my throat feels like I can't swallow. I swear profusely and convince myself I am about to die

If I have a panic attack I get these symptoms: Heat flushes, shallow breathing, words repeat in my head for example "Not this again, not this again, not this again, not this again, again, again... again..", get itchy all over somtimes, the "Uh oh" feeling, tingly all over, everything is so intense to me, I feel very depersonlized, Very dehydrated feeling, and yeah. Some others, but these ones are the ones i remember most.
