Hi, I'm new to the forum. I had recently diagnosed with anxiety. So I did doing search engine and found this forum. I hope something could help me out for my anxiety. I'm 34, male from Manchester and profoundly deaf. But being deaf is nothing to so with my anxiety.

Anyway, I am looking for help to control or calm my anxiety because of my feeling or thoughts. I am looking for books or something but I can't listen to the musics because i am completely deaf. Anyone help?

I am new to experiencing anxiety too. I find that working out or walking briskly helps me. Have you tried that yet?

Yeah, I think walking in cold morning air, laundry and housework could work well on me.

Almost forget !! You should watch "you have been framed" tv programme so it would help you forget bad things.

Hello I suffer from anxiety in recovery process was diagnosed in October I recommend rescue remedy which is a spray that is made of flower remedies and think it done wonders! Also when you are feeling anxious do some deep breathing once your breathing is slower and normal your adrenaline will lower and you will calm down :)
