help need answers

I have had anxiety for many years but recently I been having tingling in my legs and arms and they have been going numb I spoke with Dr and they are sending me to a neoligist but I am terrified that I am dying or have ms or something I hope its anxiety can it do that to you???

I get this too. I also get numbness in my face.
I think it's all part of anxiety and because you are so focused on every little thing that your body feels you hone in on it and can talk yourself into these feelings.

I have had millions of symptoms and tests and I still worry its something like a brain tumour or alike. It's a horrible feeling
