Sharp shoulder pain

I've been having sharp pains in my left shoulder for a few hours. It's in the front of my shoulder and its making me panic so bad. I'm afraid it's something more than anxiety!! Does anyone else get sharp pains??

I've read of a few people on here having shoulder pains related to anxiety. Some have back pains too. Some even leg pains x.x
I wouldn't panic too much about it. Is it just TODAY that you've had it or has it been going on for a long time? Have you tried taking a pain killer?

Most of us feel painful tension in our neck, shoulders & chest, however... always best to get it checked.
