Simply taking the time out to drink the tea and enjoying it is relaxing, I am a fan of herbal remedies too.

Yes it has help me relax in the past. I can tell it is working because I was having horrible nightmares and when I started taking it before bed they subsided.

I do find that if I am in a hightened state of anxiety then herbal remedies do nothing for me. But if I'm just a bit stressed they do help especially bach's rescue remedy and that sleepy time tea nf1234 mentioned.

I love it. It tastes wonderful. It feels great! Very calming to the nerves! I drank it everyday in my anxiety phase and I still drink it. I would get organic tea bags from Trader Joes, add 2 in the cup, sometimes with a mint tea bag, so 3 altogether, pour hot water. After a few minutes add 1 teaspoon of raw real honey. Incredible! Then after I drank the cup, I'd use the same tea bags and pour hot water again and do it all over again.
