I had experience anxiety for 14 years and I'm only 30. I had ups and downs so anybody have questions give me a holler. I would be glad to try and help

Did you ever have a fear of going crazy? How do you deal with this?

I had the fear of going crazy. Forgot how I dealt with it though... I think I just said "This fear of going crazy is just anxiety and you know what anxiety? I'm not going to get worse, I'm going to get better." and shrugged it off.

I had always tried working with mind over matter. Knowing that anxiety can really play tricks on you and make it really hard to tell the difference with what is a real emergency and what is just anxiety. A doctor can tell you if your physically healthy. Although the fact is the fear of seeing a doctor may trigger a panic attack with the fear of what the doctor might tell you. But look at it this way, anxiety makes you feel like you have A serious illness . Always feeling weak and tired , dizzy,etc... But if your doctor tells you your physically fine then that means everything is all in your head . If your doctor tells you your dying (god forbid) then there's really no reason to hold back on living life the way that makes you happy. There's a book that can really help exercise the mind into more positive thinking the title is Mind Over Mood . Look it up and let me know if its any help
