I have recently had my 24hour EGC, I am wanting on the results. With my anxiety I am convinced I have something wrong with my heart.. Will the 24 hour EGC pick up if I have a heart problem?
I don't really know how they work

yes because it'll pick up any irregularities. if you have a heart problem it will always be present, it won't pick certain days to act up. is there a button on your monitor that u can press when you're feeling pain? i've had a holter monitor before and it let me press a button everytime i felt palpitations or extra heartbeats and pains, so that the doc can go to those points and see what was happening.
