Hard heartbeat

i have been getting today a hard heartbeat like a thud thud but my heart isnt going fast but its everytime i stand up and do anything,does anybody else get it?i am getting nervous now.

Yeah I get that, it's the anxiety, it comes at random times of the day even when I'm feeling quiet happy and distracted it comes on.

Oh good somebody replied,it just makes you feel better,but even if i dont have anxiety i still get it its like when you run up the stairs and get that bang bang in your chest,i can feel mine beating all the time and i dont think thats normal.
