Hi all,
I was just wondering if anyone else experiences this. I was diagnosed with agoraphobia some time ago, but more recently it's gotten worse & worse. There are days where I leave the house by myself and go to the store and I'll feel fine. If I go out with someone else (friend, boyfriend) I find myself panicking & my anxiety is through the roof. is it still considered agoraphobia if I'm ok when I go out alone, but if I'm with others I panic? I also hate when I'm a passenger in someone's car. I always need to drive myself so I can't get out right away if need be. Thanks for reading.
