I have had GAD for about 10 years now, I'm on medication but it only works for the first month or so then it doesn't seem to work for me anymore, I hate feeling this way it drives my fiancée nuts but he deals with it because he loves me but if someone has any ideas on how to calm this it would be greatly appericiated :)
