I haven't been on here for absolutely ages. My anxiety got alot worse before it got better but the last few months have been great.
However, Im starting to go into meltdown again and don't know if I can cope. I've had a lump in my left breast on/off for over 20 years and tomorrow is the day I'm getting it checked. I'm a mess! For some reason it's never bothered me before but now I'm worried sick. My thinking is if it was something serious then I would have far more symptoms by now. You never know though! I feel ashamed and stupid for leaving it for so long but this time round I need to know what it is..... even if it is causing me stress. Wish me luck. xx
