I keep reading about gaining weight with paxil and that terrifies me.....but since starting paxil 3 weeks ago I have lost 20 pounds officially today. I am like never hungry but I force myself to eat at least one meal. Is that okay or is this not a healthy reaction?

Losing so much weight in so little time is never a healthy reaction. But don't rush to put the blame on Paxil. I think you need to talk to your doctor about this ASAP. If you think you know the cause (eating little), then I suggest you make an effort to improve your diet!!!
You sure you lost that much weight in three weeks only?

Inzombiac, you have good reason to be worried about the sudden weight loss. Seeing a medical doctor who knows what to do can lower your anxieties regarding this and, just as importantly, keep you physically healthy.

Good, make yourself eat. How have you been feeling? If you missed the appointment then I guess you're not as anxious as you were only a week ago! ;-)

My anxiety is highly alleviated. I'm able to eat now without feeling like I'm going to have a panic attack about eating :) it feels greattttttttttt !!! I've also noticed I'm talking more to people and doing better in school. My math still sucks but oh well it's not a magic pill haha.
