I don't think I ever felt it but, I think you're referring to what is usually called brain zaps. Don't know if you're taking any meds but these symptoms are pretty common in paroxetine withdrawal.

No I don't take any meds. It comes and goes I had them maybe a year ago and they just popped back up.
