Hello everyone :)
I've come here to look for support in the hope it'll help my anxiety subside.
Today I went to my new gp after many different locum drs, she had terrible English and I cannot speak a word of Flemish and so it was very difficult, I was actually there about a rash that seems like acne (I have never suffered from spots ever, I am assuming this could be stress/anxiety caused) and I was going to get onto the anxiety after spending weeks, months building the courage to do so but she shushed me and hurried me away with not even a prescription for the rash.
Can I just ask for reassurance? I can feel an attack coming on, I've got a racing heart (101bpm), feel sick, headache and breathlessness :/
1) I've put fucidine cream (antibiotic ointment) on the acne is this okay?
2) I've convinced myself I may have herpes but the only symptom I have is on single spot like sore red lump on my labia majora(?) it's not blistered or more than one, so surely this isn't herpes?
3) I changed the contraceptive pill from Yasmin to microgynon 30 myself from previous supplies because I believe my cevix is eroded and that's causing the spotting between periods. Is this okay?
I'm sorry this is a terrible way to introduce myself I've just not had a good day. I think this health anxiety has developed more so since I broke my leg a couple of moths ago and am stil in recovery.
But I've lost all hope on finding help because the dr today was useless and I felt embarrassed and nervous just talking to her and burst out crying for no reason. There's quite a few other problems I've been having but these are at the forefront of my mind and are causing me the most grief and I don't have anyone to get reassurance from and sometimes that helps so much.
Thank you for any help you can give xo

First off, I would recommend a visit to an obgyn. This doctor can check things out down there and tell you if you have herpes or an erroded cervix. Also you should never switch medications wothout talking to a doctor first.

Also I wouldn't worry about anything just yet. Worrying will only make you feel worse.what I tell myself in situations like these is " is there anything I can do about it right this second?" If there isn't I try to forget about it until I can do something about it.
