Every night before you go to bed, YouTube 'relaxation music' (you can even download calming music free off the ap store if you have a iPhone' play this music to yourself, relax your whole body and take deep breaths up your nose for 6 seconds, then out your mouth slowly for 7 seconds! It really helps and it relaxes you , it also makes you sleep!

Hi,

I will agree with regular breathing exercises, they will help you to reduce your general stress levels that feeds your anxiety attacks.

Also nutrition plays an important role too...

However I don't know how good they gonna workwhen you get caught up in an anxiety attack, maybe accepting the situation and not fighting it back will work better.

Maybe it's better to let go through the anxiety attack and then out to the other (calm) side...

(I am a big fan of Dr. Viktor Frankl's Paradoxical Intention technique, instead of fighting our fear, seeking to experience it as intent as possible)

Meditation helps me every time. i've got a couple of exercises i do. breathing exercises definitely work.
Try 'LiberationInMind' on youtube. it's hypnotherapy. works wonders for me. just blanks my mind completely.

Deep breathing & realise it's not life or death - then laugh about it :)
