Any advice on how to deal with breakups? And how to control the panic attacks when you argue? X

Well.. 1st think of the fact that if hes breaking up with you in such a difficult time, he's not a good person and he doesn't deserve you.. My bf is the same.. I used to panic before everytime we broke up.. But now when it happens it doesn't bother me a bit.. A person that causes you anxiety or panic is not good for you.. If you keep this in mind i think your reaction will be a bit different..

I think everyone does, even those who dont have ongoing anxiety issues.
