ok so I have this constant anxiety unable to concentrate and dizziness and tiredness..... I have noticed that nicotine, particularly SNUS, these are little bags of nicotine put under the upper lip.... they reduce the symptoms.

My question is does this indicate that these symptoms are completely anxiety related since nicotine can reduce the symptoms for a short time?

Not so sure to be honest. Nicotine initially causes a large amount of adrenaline to be released in the body. Causes shallow fast breathing, heightened blood pressure and heartbeat. These are all classic signs of panic attacks. Therefore, you seeing a benefit on how you feel is probably a placebo effect. Many people say smoking calms them, when in actuallity from a physiological perspective it does the complete opposite. Whilst quitting nicotine often causes heightened anxiety for a while, in time the health benefits are much more worthwhile.
