sick and tired

think this anxiety is making me depressed Im just so fed up of worrying about this ache and that ache. Im sick of feeling like i cant breath and or checking my pulse. Im fed up! Im tired of feeling afraid of being alone. has anyone found an answer???

For me, medication. (as a short term fix) and soon, counseling (for true relief hopefully)
Lots of nice people here that are very supportive and will help you to feel better or at least more accepting of your anxiety :) I'm pretty much always online so PM me anytime if you need to vent and I'm sure others would say the same!

I didnt get any medication or recieve any medical Help Neither support from my family or friends But the Things that helped Me out Is Praying and saying prayers to keep me safe and having faith in god and this Forum. Hope You Find what helps you soon.
