Getting anxious over hitting my head?!

I got smacked real hard in my temple, it was a flat hand smack. I am crying because I'm scared and I'm shaking and twitching but I don't know if that's because I'm worried, help guys will I be ok?:(

yes... you will be fine.. I play ice hockey in Juniors right now.. i get hit in the head all the time.
