A good Heart BPM is 70-100.. How much higher than 100 are you ?? People who suffer from anxiety always seem to have different heart changing rates per minute as long as your not too much higher your ok don't over stress yourself .. You should Also check with your doctor there are a few medications that can help.. Hope you feel better :)

Usually between 80-115 and this is why I get scared. I've also been prescribed propranolol but am purely afraid to take it . I take Ativan sometimes

How safe is propranolol . Dr has suggested 10 mg .. I'm terrified of negative side effects or to low of a beat, HR is between 80-110

Hiya,is your heart rate only that fast because you are anxious alot?or if you arnt anxious that could be normal for you,i know a few people who have been checked out before because there heart rate is over 100 bpm and couldnt find anything wrong.
