Have you tried deep breathing? Usually when I feel faint/dizzy if I can concentrate on my breathing, taking long deep breathes I start to feel better. EFT tapping helps me too, I don't so much think about what to say as much of just tapping the points for anxiety. YouTube has some good videos for it. Hope you feel better soon:)

Not to freak you out but have you bee to a doctor to check if there is an underlying medical issue that may be causing the feelings?

Yep had lots and lots of tests. They keep telling me it's stress and anxiety and I know it must be as it gets worse in certain situations!!!!

It's funny you mention about always feeling faint. I had an episode of that today. I get to the point where i self talk myself to feeling that way. I am a diabetic so every time I feel that way I just say my sugar is low. When I was diagnosed with Panic Disorder I had that feeling all the time. My dr. Told me once to faint in front of him. I was so mad because I couldn't. He then said if you are scared that you are going to faint and you never did then your probability of doing it is zero. I left there madder than a hornet but the more I thought about what he said that it made sense. Just take the time to relax and do some visualization and breathing techniques.

Oh bloody Gp's. I always leave feeling annoyed when they tell me it's in my head!

But I do try to tell myself it must be as have been experiencing it for months now. I just went for a 6km run and as soon as I stopped on came the passing out feeling which then turns to panic and makes it worse! Funny that I don't feel it whilst running when distracted.

You can't help convince yourself there's some undiscovered reason and then u continue to panic when u feel all the symptoms.

I really hate it as I prob had these lightheaded feelings in the past but now my anxiety makes me so fixated on every feeling my body has, it creates the panic!!!! Arrrgghhhhh
