Yes I see a therapist . I've recently seen a cardiologist too to have heat tests . A holter monitor , echocardiogram , a fine they said I just wish I could convince myself. I'm living in fear and it sucks

I am ALWAYS having chest pains and constantly worry about them but its never been anything bad. I've checked with doctors and they say its due to my anxiety. I just have to always remind myself that it is ok. It's normal to have chest pains when you have anxiety. Xx

What's your heart rate usually , I'm scared something will happen to me because my heart rate is usually 100

Average for men according to live strong.com is 60-100 beats per minute. I think you are psyching yourself out. Try to do something to distract yourself.
