Does anyone ever panic over thinking that they might have a panic attack? I have to go somewhere Monday that I am not worried or stressed about but I am making myself anxious and am having panic attacks because I am worried that I am going to have an attack on Monday! How do I talk myself out of this?

Yes. It's called agoraphobia. That's why it is important to get PAs under control as early as possible. How are you doing?

I am okay if I stay busy and not think about Monday. I just picture myself having an attack there. This sucks. Just trying to convince myself I will be fine. Going to try picturing the event without me having an attack and everything going fine. Hard to do but I am working on it!
