So 2 weeks ago, I was so anxious (and/or zombied from my meds) that I wouldn't couldn't come out of my room to do anything except occasionally (not often enough) eat &smoke a cigarette. Last Saturday, My sister made me go to the state fair for my niece's b-day. I took my meds so I wouldn't freak, but still spent the whole time sick as hell and crazy dizzy (I didn't even go on any rides!) and totally anxious more than ever.. Lets just say that afterwards, coming out of my room hasn't seemed frightening since. Compared to thousands of people around me and lights and music and screaming, I managed to accidentally scare the shit out of my anxiety instead of the other way around. I've since cut my meds in half and been mostly good since then. Thought I'd share that and maybe doing something similar would help somebody else here. :)

> eat & smoke a cigarette

Eating a cigarette is not advised. There are far more healthy options... lmao!
