Chest un easy feeling and occasional palpitation

May have to take myself to ER because I can't sleep like this . So scared and can't understand how to control my worry or anxiety over this

I constantly worry something is wrong in my body these last few months . I never did worry until I started to have a weird feeling . I have tried distracting myself and medication and still find myself Caught feeling "not normal" and evaluating myself over and over .

I honestly cannot convince myself that this is anxiety and I can beat it, primary care dr says I should try propranolol but I am scared of that too. .
