I have this horrible tight band around my leg and a constant right head pain. It is horrible. Neurologists say its anxiety. I had a clear cat scan.

Yes, anxiety pains can be quite bad but, rarely are they severe.
More often than not, they're just annoying or concerning, rather than debilitating.

For anxious folk, they FEEL a lot worse than they actually are because your anxious mind is focused on them.
I.e. if you were to have the same pain BEFORE you developed anxiety disorder, you would probably hardly notice it... or just shrug it off as "one of those things"

Your "tight band" thing is rather odd! not heard that one before...

Are you sure your suspenders are not too small? :-)

The tight band is it near the calf area? Sometimes on one leg, sometimes on both?

Leg pain can occur with anxiety. Excess adrenaline and blood are pumped to the legs for the whole fight or flight response. If you're anxious for long enough you'll get muscle pains in the legs as well as a host of other places. I've had very severe pains due to anxiety. Speak to your doctor about CBT so you can nip it in the bud before your mind becomes too entrenched in the anxious state of mind.
