So...... Panic attacks are back... >.< And needlephobia advice?

Well i've had two in the last 3 days...... One because my life was actually threatened and one at 2 in the morning while talking to a mate..

I hope they're not relapsing a 4th time....

I have to have surgery soon too does anyone have any great tips on fighting severe needlephobia?? That would be great :)

You shouldn't be talking to people at 2am... you should be sound asleep!

Everyone gets nervous pre-surgery. That's natural.
Remember you'll be in professional hands and that there's a reason why you're having the surgery.
It'll all be over and done with in a flash.

I was in my boyfriends car a few nights ago and we were driving down the freeway and this woman was on her phone and she was swerving everywhere, speeding and drifting across lanes without noticing. She decided my boyfriend was a target because of the loud exaust in his car and attempted to ram us in the concrete barrier beside us twice and then proceeded to throw a metal pole out of her window at us :' -( there are some freaks out there....
