diarrhea!

I've developed diarrhea over the past few days,and I had a blood test done lastnight and everything was Ok,except for strep throat. I had developed Anxiety after an HIV scare and have since come to the conclusion that with lastnights blood test that I do not have HIV.

However,how much longer will the diarrhea persist?

And,do standard blood tests detect HIV in ones system?

It depends upon what the blood test was meant for, where you being tested for HIV, did you ask for that to be done?
