Fast heart beat while playing basketball ??

Last week my close Friend invited me to play basketball with some of his coworkers , and I noticed that as we got to the gym I started feeling nervous and anxious , I calmed myself down and as we started playing 5 minutes into the game I felt my heart beating faster than normal to the point where u got dizzy and had to sit down and actually walked outside to get some fresh air.. My heart was still beating faster than usual but about 5 minutes past and I felt just fine as if it never happened ... Has any one ever experienced anything like this or similar to it ??

Well my anxiety is based around feeling my heart beating and when you can feel it going faster than normal,i think because u started your thought process as soon as you got the gym then u can feel your heart then when you was doing physical excercise and it was in your subconcious earlier you could feel it when you felt anxious so u prob concentrated to much on your heart and its gone to fast like a panic attack but you didnt get the panicky feelings,but all you have to do is go your doctors for peace of mind,if you played that game again you prob would feel your heart again because that happ last time.
