I feel like banging my head in a wall.. fastest way to get rid of a headache?

Sadly the fastest way to ward off a migraine (I get aura and tension based ones) without medication is to drink a super strong, sweet coffee and then take in a liter or so of water.

Not the best for the old heart rate and anxiety symptoms, but it does work a treat.

Interestingly, mine ceased for a whole 3 months after I had Botox (I know, I know - shallow....), I didn't even know it could do that - but it has been the best thing I have done in a while because it helped reduce my headaches so drastically.
